Warehouse Photo Area
Warehouse area has 2 large brick walls and is 12 ft tall. Warehouse also has garage door for FREE vehicle access. Can fit 2 small/average size cars, or 1 large vehicle.
ALSO HAS 4 NEW DOUBLE SIDED ROLLING 8ftx8ft SET WALLS!
Each Rolling set wall has sets on either side so 8 different backdrops in total!
FLAME THROWER ADD ON AVAILABLE FOR BRICK WAREHOUSE SIDE
Warehouse is FULLY air conditioned, but has no heat (Multiple heaters in the space though, and studio A space is heated and comfortable.
Mirror Set
Chrome Prism Mirror set stands over 12ft tall and 12ft wide! Also has mirror floor pieces.
RGB PANEL WALLS
RGB Light walls can each be ANY color! Set is perfect for music videos and photo shoots!
TV WALL
Included in studio B is our brand new TV Wall!
Includes 22 retro TVs that turn on and static, and 20 of the TV’s will play any signal you want across them!
You can either play 1 signal across all the Tvs from our studio laptop or you can play 2 signals across all the TV’s and plug in your own iphone, ipad, laptop.
Projector Screen
Projector screen is 11ft x 15ft and includes Ultra-bright 4k Projector and computer to playback stock footage/pictures from our computer or bring your own!

RULES AND AGREEMENT
STUDIO RULES
Full amount due at time of booking.
Fees for additional time that was not billed during the initial booking will be due at the end of the rental period
***Rental time begins promptly at the prescribed starting time and ends promptly at the prescribed ending time, regardless if renter and/or renter’s party is late***
***Rental time includes setup, tear down and cleaning. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the scheduled end time and no later, please consider this when booking your rental***
$75 minimum cleaning fee required for excessively dirty studio, large groups or production crews exceeding 15 people. Additional charges may apply
STUDIO GUIDELINES
No smoking is allowed in the studio. Projects involving smoke must have prior consent of a company representative.
Music is to be kept at reasonable levels.
No one will be admitted who is under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.
No pets allowed without prior consent of a company representative.
All small and/or hard to clean material (confetti, hair cutting, feathers, food products, body paint, etc.) require approval from company representative. $75 minimum cleaning fee required, additional charges my apply depending on studio condition at wrap
Maximum of 10 people in renter’s party. Total 20 people max in the studio at one time. Additional fee of $5 per each person over the limit will apply
STUDIO EQUIPMENT
All pre-installed paper backdrops (Green, white) are free with rentals if booking Warehouse or full studio. Tell studio what you would like up when booking.
Special order backdrop colors can be requested and installed for $99 (7 day notice required)
CANCELATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
Full refund for cancellations made more than 24-hours before scheduled rental
No refund for cancellations made less than 5-hours before scheduled rental
25 percent reschedule fee if notice is less than 24-hours before scheduled rental
FULL RENTAL AGREEMENT
